Our pad comes with an adjustable strap that can reach up to 25 inches and is stretchable; giving about 20 more inches of stretch.

The battery runs for up to 4 hours straight with the heat alone, 2 hours with both heat and massage. It will turn off as a safety precaution every hour, you will just need to turn it back on to continue use.

The heating therapy operates silently on its own. As the vibration feature causes the belt to physically vibrate, resulting in some noise no louder than a mobile phone. Typically, we utilize the heat setting when we are outdoors and use both vibration and heat when at home.
